Laurel WPO's Eye Balm is a concentrated yet gentle restorative eye contour moisturiser.
Rich in strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients to prevent and repair cellular damage, its buttery formula is deeply regenerative and hydrating, to reduce the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles use after use.
Its well-balanced blend of precious oils, wax and butter is easily absorbed for a smooth finish. It offers thorough moisturising, brightening and repairing of free radical damages properties. It also is rich in vitamins, carotenes, polyphenols & antioxidants as well as very high in healing essential fatty acids.
The carefully chosen plants extracts of this balm (Nettle, Bilberry, Fennel, Rosehip, Camomile, Licorice ...) help reduce inflammation and puffiness, strengthen skin and capillaries to tone the eye contour and reduce dark circles, retain moisture and heal the delicate skin.
Organic essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Myrrh, Sandalwood and Helichrysum add their soothing and restorative properties to the mix, to balance and renew the skin.
Very similar in ingredients and results to the Laurel Eye Serum, their main difference is in the texture, the Eye Serum being lighter, and the Eye Balm offering additional moisture if needed.
Nested in sunny California, the brand is very careful to only use locally-grown (100 miles at most, or home-grown! Yeah, really), raw, unrefined, cold-pressed ingredients, preferably biodynamically farmed.

Apply morning and/or night on the Eye Contour, as needed.
Using very very little product at a time, just gently rub your ring finger on the surface of the balm and apply to both eyes, lightly patting with your finger under the eye on the limit of the bone area, it will at the same time activate blood flow.
Apply before your face moisturiser.
Be careful not to come too close to the eye. As with any "rich" product, too close to the eye may cause puffiness at night.
If you pat under the eye and trust the capillary system to do its work, you'll enjoy the full effect of this eye balm.
You can use it in the morning before your make-up, as long as you give it some time to sit in (coffee break?).
Can be used on its own or over an eye serum/oil for added moisture if necessary.
Never put in the eyes.
Do not let water or moisture inside the jar. Keep in a cool, dark place.
What to do in case the balm melted ?
First rest assured, it is in no way ruined or less efficient. A change in texture does not affect the product performance. Now that you are reassured...
To restore it to the texture you love, when it is still soft or liquid, place the whole jar in the freezer for 30 minutes. Et voilà!
